I dont like how it doesnt detect my hardware correctly, but then again, nothing does really.
I liked how it is now much easier to install software without having to worry about the dependencies, although apt is better.
When it really boils down to it, all the distros are basically the same. They usually offer the same content with their own little spin to it. FC has a little bit of bloat compared to some, but it also correctly configured more of my software than any other distro.
Also, the installer is a giant leap over ubuntu's, though if ubuntu would work better on my laptop i'd use it in an instant.
FC4's inclusion of GCC4 made things interesting, as a lot of things had to be patched to be able to be compiled under it, and I'm having a few issues making a new kernel with rpmbuild, but overall I enjoyed my FC4 experience.
This weekend, however, I may just wipe it and try to tackle ubuntu again. I'm also going to try gentoo on an older system i have lying around, (pent 200, 32 MB ram) and see if I can get that running. I have a spare 2 gig harddrive, that should be enough room.
Here's hoping my video card is one day supported <3
