I believe I saw the same post at Techimo. The guy said he had posted about 40 of 'em, but only gave 4 links to ProStar. He egged them on to go try and rebutte them all!

I think we all know what the solution would be for this guy...

I love the guy that is badmouthing pc-torque over at that thread.. like he is thinking that just because pctorque may not have a huge 20 story building and such is a reason to sway people from ptorque. Adam is about the most helpful reseller through these forums and everything that he could be based in a cardboard box under the interstate for all i care and I would still order my sager from him.....

I'll bet you $1000 that reply bashing us is from another reseller. The same reseller that got caught giving us a bad review on resellerratings. They're the source of every negative comment I've ever seen about us. They probably saw the post on here and went to go make a reply. Sad but true =( No matter, they aren't holding us down and never will.

speaking of warrenty im thinking of picking up the upcoming 8887 from you since the new dell is going to be centrino based which is slower and i coudl care for light weight laptops. hows the warrenty with you guys? i mean if i run into that guys situation will i get a major hassle? i understand laptops are expensive to replace caus ei fix them for fun and its really not fun but i get free laptops for liek every 10 fix. will i get a level of support liek dell does? you know monitors is bad for liek the first 2 laptops and th ekeyboard and scratchs on the next etc etc.

I still don't understand WHY they continue to do this? and I'm still pissed off that they're still listed on resellerratings

That sure was an amazing thread to read ha ha ha

I dont know Adam from...um...er...Adam but hey - I dont care if he lives in a trailer and works from there - He is (notice future tense) going to give me what I want when I need it.

And about dissing the Sager Forums - I think the forums has grown since I joined just a coupla days back - I found it absolutely Fab and I doubt that I would have made this decision to go Sager had I not gone through the forums.

Nowadays I do nothing but forumize my time. This forums has awesome peeps - some ultra high tech, some ultra low tech and some who are just here to have a good time

Seems that someone did in fact pi** in that guys flakes. Who knows - maybe he did it himself to have a good time )

One of the deciding factor for me was this forum, or else I wouldn't have gone with a Sager, much less with Adam if I hadnt come across this forum, which by the way has some very cool people, and useful posts, that I check like 10 times a day.

(How's that for comma splices?)

man people really piss me off sometimes

I couldnt give a rat's #$s if Adam was twelve, and if everyone on here was his friends, family, and pets. Every inquiry of mine is answered, every question solved, every topic opened to discussion. I don't expect that from any online company.

Ex. I got a new Sony Clie for christmas, was having trouble figuring out a probem with their software, so I emailed tech support. Later I stumbled across a faq where it obscurely mentioned that passwords had to be lower case on the software, but not on the palm itself (my problem). Anyway, I got a reply from sony two days ago. 25 days after my email. And I read the reply, which was just a cut and paste job from a manual. In it it didn't even have the answer to my question. That is on the crappy end.

If adam was just a kid, he is the smartest kid I know. Got me a sweet Lappy in about 4 days. Not a problem since. Additionally, this forum grows every day, I check. Earlier this week I was watching it near the 400 mark, today 432. And many of the people mention issues from around the country, so either adam is the most well connected kid I know, with lots of friends with the cash for Sagers, or these nice people are really sager owners from all over. End Rant.

:-) I posted on there and tried to set thins straight. Ticks me off that someone would do that. Hopefully most people are reserved enough to check the place out before listening to any one post.

That irritates me also. But who cares about such a negative person? As long as we can spread the word about how much better Sagers are, then his one comment wont bring everything down.

And another thing, could anyone create me an account in resellerratings? first time i tried creating one, i didnt have a non-free e-mail account, and now, when i click the i accept button on their agreement for registering, my ie crashes, so i cannot register (same happens with anandtech forums), i want to ppost my positive comment on pctorque.
