No most do not. You have the option to burn an XP disk. You can get the Dell drivers from the website. You can also call Dell and have them ship the disks to you.

so what do i do if i want to restore it to factory settings?

there is a partishion on the hardrive that has a backup. from there you can bring it back to factory settings.
