i like mine. It hasn't been problem free, but it hasn't been horrible either. I bought a refurb ze4610us (i'm thinking i would have more problems anyway just because it is a refurb) from fry's outpost about a year ago for $650. (a laptop without mail in rebates for 650 at that time was VERY cheap). Specs of it are in my sig, since then i have upgraded RAM and changed the hard drive, but everything else is stock. So after I got it I was trying to optimize my drivers and stuff and ran into a BIOS bug with newer graphics drivers (HP didnt have the new drivers, the HP drivers actually worked fine, but I was trying to use omega drivers which made a bios bug show up), so i tried to flash my bios to the latest version, which ended up being a failed flash. This is a problem common to all the laptops in the ze4xxx series, and some other ones too. So HP took it back on the 90 day limited warranty, (i got free overnight shipping there and back) and within 4 days, i had my laptop back with the new bios on a new bios chip free of charge. Then 8 or 9 months after that, my Hard drive failed, which i assume is to no fault of HP, so i had to buy a new one and change it. Overall, besides HP knowingly? putting in a faulty bios/cmos chip or whatever onto a whole series of laptops, my experience with it has been very good.
