After i installed this my GPU doesnt seem to overclock as well as it used to.. maybe its just me.. or maybe because the weather is warmer lately.... but i only have a stable 375 core now.. from 411 before.

hrm...I haven't overclocked anything since I upgraded the bios - I'll try it now and see what happens.

I have no problem overclocking my 128 MB X300. A06 or A07 I have been able to overclock to 400 core 325 Memory.

I was actually able to clock my card another 2MHz higher for the core and the memory. Bringing my absolute max to 417MHz Core and 312MHz memory. Although if I turn them both up to that number, I get errors in ATITool. But I can run 410MHz Core (a 36.7% overclock) and 305MHz memory (a 41.2% overclock). This takes my average FPS in ATITool from 30fps to 43 FPS!. Can you believe that...a 13 FPS increase. That's 43% increase in speed. Makes the graphics almost bearable...hehe

i prefer to overclocking the mem more then the core as thats what games utilize... its probably as my laptop has aged... and it ventilation not what it used to be....... i think i may rip it apart and see if AS5 can be applied to the x300...

My FPS average in ATITool now is 46. Not sure why it has gone up another 3fps today, but I can't complain.

Try downloading it from Dell's website again.

Also, I see that you have a 9300...not to ask a dumb question, but you're not trying to install this BIOS on your i9300, right?
