I finally purchased my notebook
but I will go for vacations in a village where I have no static telephone and the GPRS cell phone service in my country is very expensive. So I was thinking about connecting my notebook to the only telephone booth there is in the area as seen in films. How exactly can I do this?
Oh, the telephone booth's device has no inputs/plugs as far as I can see. I remember though in "Operation Takedown" where Mitnick is in the airport (about 39th minute in the film) and he has attached a device to the phone's handset/telephone receiver (bad english- I mean the device which you use to speak and here :P ). Is this doable in real life and if so is it legal?

) that if you can find the box on the outside of the telelphone booth, you can open in up and there will be a phone jack in there, ready to go. Like I said, never tried it, pretty damned sure you'd get in trouble if you used it.
