Give Opera a Try.

I've been using Opera on all platforms lately, Windows, Linux and Mac OS X and its an amazing, fast and now totally free browser. You no longer have to put up with the ad banners with the free version. So give it a shot, you'll especially like the "Save Sessions" feature that saves every open window and every open tab including all the "back" pages whenever the browser is quit or crashes (which is not often as its very stable).

Note: For Intel Macs you'll need to go here: http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/ and download the latest Opera Weekly Build as the PPC version of Opera can't connect to the internet on Intel Macs for some strange reason.

I haven't really had any problems with Safari so far. Once in a while I would go to a MySpace page and I'd get the spinning beach ball and have to reboot for some reason, but I also got that when I went to the same pages using Camino and FF. I haven't had it happen in a good month though. The only thing I've used FF for otherwise is to do my taxes on the H&R Block website (for some reason Safari just wouldn't jive with that site and all of its Java funness). Other than that, I've tried Safari, FF, Camino, and Opera and really can't tell much difference between any of them, so I've just stuck with Safari. I do however notice that FF does get a little bogged down if you surf a graphic intensive webpage, as triadone mentioned already.
