I'm assuming this is with 3DMark 2005?

You'd be really impressed if you tried overclocking it. The x300 is very tolerant. Mine is at 445/320 with a 3dmark score or 1802

white sceen when overclockig

hey, my 64mb x300 is oc'd at 400/300 and is fine when playing doom3, but when running 3dmk 05 a white screen slowly appears from one end of the screen to the other and the only thing i can do is hold the power button and restart it before i can use it again! do you have the 128mb version which allows you to overclock a lot more without problems?

i do indeed have the 128mb version. I start to notice problems around 470 for the core and 350 for the memory. 2D displays fine, but games hang.

mine at 425/326 got 1860... and note i dont even have a particularly fast processor.

I am curious... how well can and at what settings can you play Battlefield 2 and Unreal Tournament 2004 at? I am looking at a 6000d with the 128MB x300 as a backup plan if I can't afford a 9300 when I am able to buy. Yes, I am a fairly big gamer, but I have a desktop with a radeon 9800Pro so as long as these 2 games run similarly to my desktop, I'll be happy.

Thanks a lot.

Thats good to hear, I'll mainly be using it between classes so it should be good enough for me...
