Well Luke is being told that it is still supposed to be shipped on time so hopefully that will happen!

Today is the 1st of the month, and all is quiet on the dual-core front!

Will the 64 bit version of windows be an option as far as OS's go. I see that option on Hypersonic's site. Be a good way of avoiding all the driver issues I would think.

pre-order needs to be December 2005...

I don't care if it ships in January... but I need to make the purchase in December, so we can deduce the cost of the laptop (IT Equipment) from our company's Tax payments :-)

LOL. For 2005 I am deducting:

One Alienware ALX SLI Desktop
Three Alienware Area 51 5550 Desktops
One Hypersonic FX7 Laptop
One Self Built AMD X2 4800 Desktop with 7800 GTX and Watercooling

Not to mention other stuff like in house lab equipment and printers.

I am not getting taxed this year, so I dont need to deduct anything . . . woohoo!

Darth, what in the world do you do with so many computers? Do you use them for work?

BTW: My ship date slipped to 12/22. I am content as I finally think I have a realistic date now. As long as my new laptop is primo I will be happy. Smooth Creations is painting General Grievous and Boba Fett on the cover as well as painting it is color-shifting paint:

The D900K page is seriously messed up.

Why, what's messed up about it?

The page layout is breaking up all over the place. Looks very uncool.

I'm not seeing that, but I am seeing the option for the 7800gtx in faded text. Does that mean that it's a standard option, or something else?

Btw, it is possible to order it already from rock, but only in the standard configurations with minor changes(screen, Ram, tv tuner etc.)

Mtech and sager still say "coming soon"...

Hypersonic's website seems to be down.

By the time the damn thing comes out it will be outdated already...
