ati Catalyst 5.7

For those that haven't noticed, ati released their latest catalyst 5.7 driver. head over to ati and grab a copy and use mobilmod to mod them for your laptop. Apparently some decent performance upgrades for 64 and 128 mb cards in this build. Just downloaded and haven't tested yet. Will post back if I run into any issues.

Ramazz, I modded the x64 drivers and picked up 7 points with the 5.7's in 3DMark '05.

I also modded the 32 bit 5.7 drivers for XP and lost 31 points in the same test over the Omega Cat 5.6 build. YMMV.

For some reason it doesnt look like im getting much performace difference with the omega 5.6's vs ati's 5.6's. What the hell? already came out with the 5.7s. That was fast. Well I havnt really got into looking at my video drivers before I got this computer which was like a few months ago. Hopefully the new 5.7s give me a boost on performance since my comp is 64bit processor and 128mb video card!.
