S460 Ram????

Help I'm trying to upgrade my S460 Ram. But when I check Sony's site it said get ddr2 memory with CL2 which I think is PC3200. But when I go to other site and search the ram by make and model, they will tell my computer use pc4200 which I think they are CL4??? now I just want to know which memory is in the original s460 and which memory do I use pc3200 or pc4200 if both will work which one should I get??

I just upgraded mine and got pc4200 memory from 4allmemory. I don't think the list the S460, but they do list the S380. It uses the same memory.
