Use the number that is on your packing slip. Then just choose whatever system you want. I've called Dell twice in the last few weeks to ask for CD's (for both my 700m and d4700) and it worked both times.

abs636 what CD's did you ask for windows cd or back up cd. I too am getting the run around.
