If you use Nero it should be easy just create another bootable cd then point it to the floppy and voila ?
Maybe you need to create the floppy on another desktop first.
Oh and try RW`s first to be sure that it works.
I still don't understand. If I create a floppy on another computer I still can't put that floppy in my XPS2 because it doesn't have a floppy drive.
I have four files in my memtest directory:
What do I do with these? I tried burning them onto a CD, but the computer won't boot to the CD. I'm assuming that I need to run one of those files to create some kind of image file and that image file has to be burned to the CD to create the bootable CD, but I don't know how to do that.
When I run the rawrite.exe I get a command prompt that says:
"Enter disk image source file name:"
I don't know what to do here.
If I run the Install.bat I get a command prompt that says:
"Enter Target Diskette Drive"
This is what I assume makes the bootable floppy, but since I don't have a floppy drive obviously this won't work. I tried typing in the drive letter of my cd/dvd burner with ablank disc insterted and nothing happens. I tried typing in E:, which is my second hard drive partition and nothing happens.
