Drive Bay Covers

Sorry if this has been alluded to/asked before, but is there any chance in hell we would be able to acquire plastic covers for the drive bays to the 5660 so it's not exposed with the battery and/or floppy drives removed?

If there are not any 'manufacturers covers', would there be any way to make your own out of plastic? Would we have to find out the paint from Clevo? What other factors would be involved?

Just interested...

Same here as well. Dell has drive bay covers for its batteries, and so does the HP Ominbook I'm using now as well for the docking bay. A little disappointed that Sager doesn't offer the same (yet?).

Well, I know you they have covers for the drive bays, because if you don't get a drive, it comes empty and with a cover on the 8886... I'm assuming the same happens with the 5660. However, the battery might be a different story... my current lappy doesn't have a battery cover either... so I'm used to that, but with the sagers I can see how it would be good for weight and such (although if you're moving it around you prolly want a battery in it, lol). Hopefully Sager will consider getting something like that in the works soon.
