Update for Ferrari 4005 Audio Chipset

Has anyone updated their driver for the RealTek audio hardware in the Ferrari 4005? I checked the driver date for the Ferrari it lists as 3/25/5. RealTek has a set of updated drivers dated 7/1/05.

On the Ferrari the version number is v5.10.0.5820. The website has updated drivers v5.10.0.5870

www.realtek.com.tw [Under AC'97 Codec]

Has anyone updated their drivers? Is it ok to use these drivers with the Ferrari 4005? Their are lots of issues fixed noted in the change log.

they worked fine. I noticed no differences.
