i am still trying to figure out the cheapest way to get the xps 1210. if anyone has any suggestions/comments/help it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

pondskipper: XPS coupons are rare now. best i have seen are the built in specials without coupons. lately i have only seen it go upto 15%. try resellers like Bal'thzar. Should find him in the for sale section.

artpieces: i would think getting them together would be best for negotiating. however on epp, i am only seeing the higher end D820. is that what you are looking for? in the small business section, the d820 starts around 1100 as opposed to epp's 1650ish.

enzo: try unixcats code with epp on the phone, but should be done today according to his post. 30% off, then 12% off is pretty good.

i will pm you three also for some other links to keep checking.

I too am looking for a good coupon deal whether thru EPP or otherwise for an XPS M1210... I usually get Latitude coupons and Outlet coupons every couple of weeks, I would gladly trade those when I receive them.

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to this whole dell coupon business. I'm looking to get an E1705 for college, but I am pretty overwhelmed by all the coupons, discounts, mail in rebates, membership deals, etc...

I am probably going to buy my E1705 through www.dell.com/trojans (i'm going to USC), because this is cheaper than simply through the regular dell website. The total comes to $1273 for the "ultimate productivity" recommended system. It says I can get another $100 off if I send in a mail in rebate and pick the silver bundle, but I can't find the rebate online anywhere. Does the rebate come with the package?

So assuming I can get this for $1173, is this a good deal? Would using a 35% discount make it cheaper? Should I buy one on ebay?

Sorry for the long post, I'm feeling very lost with all this.

Any comments/suggestions are very much welcome and appreciated.

I keep seeing people using 35% off coupons, but I keep missing them because someone gets to them first. I need an Inspiron notebook for college this year, but am on a tight budget. (college.. you know the deal...) If someone has a 35% off coupon they could PM me I would owe you forever.

the one i gave away came to me in a postcard, was single use, and valid till around july 17th. check ebay right now for coupon codes...worth the couple of bucks for 35%.

I just listed a 35% of orders over 999.00 and the 35.00 off 250.00 or more on ebay..

tested and works, I DID NOT USE THEM.
