What makes you think that?

The dell $200 off coupon is good till 12/22/2005. They had the 25% Dimension/ 30% Inspiron last week. This week it is 30% Dimension/ 25% Inspiron. Next week they will switch back and then back again until the 22nd of December. The only exception is they will throw a bone like the extra $25 off coupon they have this week. If I am right about this(75% chance), they might give a hardware upgrade plus 30% off inspiron next week. Even if they don't, that 200 off+500 off+12% off epp is still pretty sweet. The question is will do you want to take a chance and wait for a better deal?

Dell should make it 35% off. This pattern looks like the deals thay had for the 8400 desktop last christmas before they phased it out in the spring. They had the 35% off deal for the 8400 for one week only.

I still want to know what makes people say things like this? Nothing is ever due to appear people. Yes you can follow trends and such but again.. nothing specific is due out. You have NO idea what the coupons are going to be from week to week. You could wait until next week and find a 30% coupon or next month or not for 2 to 3 months! You dont know.

Yes, my machine did arrive Monday of this week. My shipping label even says "self-employed", exactly as I filled it in on the form, so it seems pretty clear that ANYONE can use the EPP site to order machines.

The epp coupon doesn't matter much since Dell today gave out a DVD burner upgrade and free 2 day shipping at the Home Site. If you go this route and get the extra $100 off from the elf game(total=$850 off), the savings are about the same with a similar rig 2 days ago at the epp site. The Home site discounts also doesn't require you to get the 3 year warranty to get the maximum discount(ie. -12%). Also go to www.fatwallet.com. Click at the Dell Home link and order your computer get an extra 3% cash back. This only works at the Home Site and not the Epp site.

Not so much, I quoted a system in both places and with the 12% off I get my 9300 for 1370 shipped and 2nd day shipping with the free dvd burner. the home site is atleast 2 - 300 more for the same spec.

What did the system you were quoted that price consist of? Also what codes & coupons did you use to get that price?
