no nothings wrong with it, it just acts a little weird after the first week of having it then it goes away after that but it no big deal its just the range that is a little off but trust me dont have bad thoughts its not that big of a deal
Oh, I worry not. The lappy is coming regardless of the wireless situation. But.. define "acts a little weird".. I mean that could be hardware errors, poor connections to hotspots, slowness, etc. I'm just curious what acts up so I can try to figure out ahead of time what may be the culprit. I heard bad things about the IRQ's of the Intel hardware in some systems, but if it were that, it wouldn't go away on its own..
well what had happened is that i'd forgotten the password to get into my router menu and WEP was on so i reset my router!
the laptop is amazing!!! sound is bloody wicked as is the screeen! lovin it to the max...wireless works all around my house but i only have a b router and am gonna get a g tomorrow =D
well i have too many good things to say about this lappy! the screen is great, the keyboard is wicked, the build is amazing...just one thing i dont like is the fn and ctrl key on the left...they should be switched...other than that no other complaints! I LOVE ALIENWARE!!!
