Notebook operating temperatures

How can I check at which temperature and fan rpm my notebook is operating at after I have undervolted it?

MobileMeter is a pretty good program for getting temperature, frequency and charge rate information...not sure on where to look for the fan speed...

I use PC Wizard 2005, works real nice and tells lots about your system, when u minimize it, it keeps a display at the top right corner.

Piriform has a Speccy program that checks your operating temperatures and from all I have seen and read 40-70 c seems to be the norm temps,  my hp dv7 in less than a yr has jumped from 45c to about 58c in regular mode (no gaming or streaming) it never has ran any cooler than 45c even with a chill pad and by the way the Targus model chill pad is a piece of junk
