Think about how many people own EMachines and then think about how many people own IBMs. EMachines doesn't cater to any businesses or anything of that sort, so all they have to worry about are home users. Also, the home users that buy EMachines are mostly inexperienced with computers, and therefore will only use the computer to do moderate tasks, so they will have less problems. Also, EMachines support is based in America, which apparently is a big plus for people, though I don't see why. I actually like foreign support better than American support. EMachines has improved the quality of their machines, and I will give them credit on that, but it's still no IBM.
