XPS2 Notebook Bag

Thread Starter
I was wondering if anyone could recommend some bags for the XPS2, I know mine is top ship with a backpack but I don't really feel like dragging a whole backpack to the office every morning. Would preffer a shoulder strap bag.

Someone pointed out this bag http://www.booqbags.com/Detail.bok?no=16

Does anyone here use the Booq Messenger bag or could recommend anything else that would hold the XPS2 without too much trouble.

Thanks

I just got a Kensington Contour Pro 17". I like it. It's quite comfortable to carry. Lots of compartments for your accessories. It comes with a padded notebook sleeve if you don't feel like taking the whole case.

"The" Bag

A radicall looking notebook like the XPS deserves no less than a radical looking bag. Check out the Oakley SI Computer Bag!

You can buy it @ ebags.com

But if you want to be more conservative, a Brenthaven bag would be another option.

The problem I find with all bags that are not backpacks (and I dont want a backpack) is that there is not a good place to store the A/C adapter (brick).
I got the targus Miami Messenger from Dell with my XPS2, and while it is ok in general, I cant find a good spot for the power brick. If I put it in the file compartment it puts some stress on the body of the computer that I don't like.

Anyone have a suggestion for a bag that has a nice spot for the powerbrick?

Thanks,

DJB

Wish they made a sleeve like this that would fit the 9300/XPS2

I use the 'newer' XPS backpack...it works great and all but it does give away what your carrying...tho so do lots of other bags.

I still say sfbags. So amazing is their customer support. And you can't beat a ballistic nylon laptop bag.

I got this one for my 9300 (Tekstyl XL):
http://www.ebags.com/tekstyl/tekmod_...?modelid=52206

It fits my lappy very sung and never has to leave the case. The PS will fit in the front pocket but there wont be a whole lot of room for much else, Maybe a manilla folder or two. It's not as expensive as some of the other bags and doesn't look retarded either. I haven't found too many bags that look good for the price that there sell for.

I personally got the Booq bag and have not regretted a second over the price I paid. The thing is well built with the highest quality materials. Easily fits XPS2 snuggly as well as 2 other compartments for adapter, etc. and extra books. Looks just as good as in picture.

What's the link for NBF bag ?

Is anyone using an Ogio bag?

I really like the look of this bag and the middle section does hold the xps2 nicely and is very padded. This middle section isn't where a notebook was designed to go but it works great. I picked mine up locally at a store for ~$55. Also they have 30yr warranties.
