Well....The first time i had to RMA..PC Torque set it all up. They contacted Sager, and I got a email from Sager prettty quickly.

But it seems that all they have to do now is give me a phone numeber, and instead of them bieng my trusted gun to go up against sagers sometimes ill-mannered support, i got to go it alone.

A special thank you.

I better keep quiet...its there forum, and they may redflag me, and ban me or something.

I'm not sure what your point is here. RMA's should be submitted to Sager as the normal course of action. Now the Extended warranty that you talked about on Julty 14th should be addressed by PCT, provided that you are still within the eligibility period - it looks like you aren't since you purchased your unit more than 10 onths ago.

If you experience problems with Sager support, THEN is the time to contact PCT for their additional support - not now.

I'm sure that PCT is not staffed to be the go-between for all customers for all matters relating to equipmented purchased from them.

I don't think that PCT would bar you simply because you are unhappy that they are not pampering you as you think they should. For the last year (or more), the only observences of people being banned were for legitimate reasons (some were even for "legal" issues). None that I know of resulted from rants and raves against PCT.

Chill, call Sager, and accomplish your RMA. Let us know if you have problems.

your right....i kinda was ranting up there. i apologize. i just had a misconception as far as the RMA went. It appears im wrong.

as far as eligability goes, i have it right on top of my invoice a note from the sales person, "You can order an extended warranty up to 30 days before your
manufacturers warranty ends"
. Therefor based on that I should still have eligability.

The you made it before they changed the rules. That's a good thing as I would/did purchase the extended warranty for my 8790. So far no RMA's for this unit and it has already been over a year. I returned the one I had originally ordered and am glad I did even though it did cost be about $80 after everything was all said and done.
