.....you get your head chopped off. I was over in the AW photo gallery, as I was looking for a pic with a nice desk to mount a dual display setup, and saw a post labeled "pics to view before dinner". There are pics of a cat w/ gangrene that had surgery, and I made a comment that "If it doesnt survive, we could all have chinese food." Crap man!!!! Ive gotten like mucho negative rep for that. I mean, I know its only the internet, but I was just trying to make a funny, and I got slammed. I try to help as I can, but im definately not trying to offend. That plain sucks. I guess I'll stick to the computers, and not the funny's.

BTW...I've heard the Alienware forums are notorius for this. One post and a zillion bad reps, someonelse mentioned this on another dell thread. I suggest you stay away!

I know and understand, and your both right. Its just the net. I dont go over talking trash about AW equipment or anything, I just go over to "See the competition" if you will.

Stlee: It was DarthBevis's cat, so yeah........but still, I like to plan for all situations

EDIT: It wasnt rude at all. I didnt insult Bevis or anything.......I just mentioned Chinese food and someone got all pissy. I'll post a link if that will make you feel better, and you all can make up your own mind if it was out of line.......Since im such a bad guy and all

yeah, peta is almost worse than the scientologists..........stay tuned for my rep plummeting report.........negative rep is mainly dealt out by people less than 14 years of age or people who have lost their genitals in a fire. did i mention that religion is the cause of most of this worlds problems? and i believe in abortion when the mothers life might be at risk, otherwise adoption. they should legalize medical marijuana for the dying and gravely ill, lower penalties for recreational use and have harsher penalties for hard drugs. buffy the vampire slayer is a dumb show. i hate those socks with the little balls on the back. i think we should spend less money on policing the world and more on education, space, alternative power sources, medicine and science. more people should pick up their dogs poop when they walk them. i want to see the olsen twins in penthouse. i think that should do it!!!

I haven't seen the original thread, but since the title of the thread was "Pics to view before dinner", it seems that the original poster wasn't taking it too seriously, anyway.

If the person entitled it, "My poor cat" or "My dying cat", then I would caution against saying something flippant. I think the title of the post invited humor.
