This is weird my setting is 1920 x 1200 everything on high except AA =4x and AF=8x and i got 57 Fps on CS:stress

1920x1200 everything on high AA= 6x, AF= 16x and I got 87 fps?

any comment or suggestion would help?

Also when i play CS:source with everything max my frame is around 30-60 fps rarely see 60 fps mostly around 50fps in 32- 41 player server.

3dmark05 = 5187 can't seem to break 5200
(made 5212 once then reformat it)

Enabling 6x AA on the stress test at that resolution most likely disables AA completely. It's worth noting that the performance difference between 16x and 8x is extremely small.

Good luck with 3dmark, I only benchmark to make sure I don't have a defective product.

007 is right. Nvidia cards don't support 6X AA. Try going to 8X and you should see a substantial drop in FPS. Although at 1920x1200 resolution there is really no reason to use 8X AA. I can't really even see a difference between 2X and 4X but hey, it runs great at 4X and bigger is better (except in the case of 6X).

aye I am getting 89 FPS on my 9300 with everthing on, but the AA is not needed at resolutions above 1024 really.

How do you run that stress test? Do you have to download something? Or just execute something from console?

Run CS:S and click Stress Test. You might be able to open HL2 and do the same.
