My work has 70% dell machines and we're very happy with their services. Even when our warranty is over, they still helped us like we would've bought the extended warranty.
we had a laptop failed due to one of my co-worker spilled water on the keyboard. One call to Dell, they shipped us the DHL box the next day. 5 days later, we got a brand new laptop from Dell.
I can't say how their services from everyone's point of view but mine has been outstanding.
How long before they ship? I ordered mine on thursday the week before last week. Friday they finished the testing and go into boxing. Monday they shipped. Tuesday at 2PM my XPS2 arrived. How's that for fast delivery?
For the screen, i've received the LG and this screen looks just as good as the Sager 8790 i had. Eventhough that sager had a WSXGA+, it's still very beautiful to look at and i feel the same about my XPS2. No dead pixel and no light leakage like a lot of the people here are experiencing.
In conclusion, i am recommending this notebook to everyone i know. That's how confident i feel toward this purchase.
