?? about the assembly of the Z70V - Page 2

I was all the way to the checkout page yesterday ordering the Z70V but got cold feet and started reading about the Z71V again. It put questions back into my head about which to get. The problem is, I want to be able to play games if I want to. Right now I don't play a whole lot, not even on my home pc, so I don't know why this is really holding up my decision. And considering right now I have a Toshiba Satellite 1805, which is 4 years old, w/900mhz Celeron whatever I get will definitely be a giant leap forward!

You're holding up your decision probably because a lot of people bad mouth the video card. But it's an awesome card, it'll play everything on the market right now. If you're not a hardcore gamer like me (even though I've played/tested Doom3, HL2, and many others on it just fine), then it's the system for you. It's got more than enough power to do everything and games.

Cool. You pretty much nailed it. Like I said, I'm no hardcore gamer. Would just like that option. It sounds like you're pretty satisfied with yours. What do you think about the case? I know it's carbon fiber so does it look as cool as it does in the pics? And is the whole case cf?
Thanks for the input and I think you put my mind at ease quite a bit more. I'm gonna get the Z70V. Rep for you bud!

Yes it is. The case is very sleek, love the design and the whole "dark" thing to it. I was complaining about the speakers in the display panel making the whole overall a little big, but 4 speakers really sounds good, and the display is a little higher too- easier to view.

I really like that description of it, I was wondering if I'd like the screen raised up like it is due to the second pair of speakers below the screen ...

but Mike, excellent point, I would love it raised up a little because it would be easier to view for me (I'm 6 ft.)
