Just if others feel like critiquing the setup I ordered it's listed below. I'm planning to use this for programming work, CAD stuff, and a little bit of gaming. I will be dual-booting linux and windows. i9300: 1.6 Ghz Pentium M (Thinking about selling this chip and getting the 400FSB then pinmodding it) 256MB Ram (I'll upgrade this later on my own) WUXGA TL Screen (I can't live with low resolutions!) Geforce 6800 Go (For gaming/OpenGL programming) 24x CDRW/DVDROM (I don't burn DVDs) 60gig 7200RPM HD - THIS IS WHAT I'M WORRIED ABOUT NOW Total Cost (w/Tax): ~1300 What kind of deals are you guys getting? Please help since I haven't bought a computer in 5 years! -First Post, Hi everyone. -Seltzered |
