Need some questions answered...

Greetings people.

I am taking on a new goal for myself. I want to build a totally silent pc.

I am looking to get a totally passively cooled psu, i currently have a PII 400 HMz processor that has a heatsinc on it with no fan, plus like 768 mb or ram. So no fans to cool the mobo or processor.

I am looking at the Antec Performance I P180 case.

So my next question is should i got for an ide to cf convertor or just go with a near silent hdd??

Secondly is there anywhere i can get mobo's for either a PII, or PIII slot processor?

For the mobos try your local used computer dealer. They may have some of those in stock.

i really only have a best buy around me, the rest of the little computer stores realy suck.

I have been looking at ebay though, i found a great deal for a PIII 933MHZ, with fanless heatsink, do you think that my mobo, either the one for my PII, or PIII would support it?

The PIII board has a 600mhz processor it in.
