The screen has gone black three times now on my W3N. Two of the times have been while playing FarCry and the other happened during work on the Windows desktop. The screen simply turns off and won't come on again. The computer continues to function in the background, although I believe that FarCry didn't continue running correctly when it happened. The system powers down alright if you push the on/off button.
When this happened in FarCry, the game sort of froze for a second and then the screen was blacked out. All three times it has happened in RAM intensive situations. Maybe it's got something to do with it, maybe not?
The lappy was running with CPU frequency fixed at 1.7GHz, PowerPlay off and using AC power (battery removed).
Any ideas?
