Overclocking the x300

i have a dell i6000d with the 64 mb x300. i'm looking to overclock it to get better performance in games. what is a safe overclocking speed? i don't have any cooling mods and don't want to mess around with the fans or anything. without doing anything else to the laptop, what would be a good overclocking speed. btw, i have the latest omega drivers.

My i6000D with X300/64MB can run at 400 core, 275 mem. I think it scored around 1400 3dMark05 at that speed.
Use ATITOOL to find you max speed then scale it back a little bit (10mhz) for a cushion of safety.
