Fujitsu 6210

Thread Starter
Hey everyone. I've been viewing the forums for quite a while and I just ordered a brand new Fujitsu N6210 (after a bad experience with a 9300). Since I have been looking at everyone's reviews, I figure I should probably give something back.. would anyone like to see an amateur review of the N6210 when I receive it?

Let me know!

Edit: Added the N to the model number. This is the brand-new 17" N6210 that was just released within the past few weeks, not the S series.

Any Info would be great. I wonder how the 1.86GHz Celeron performs. At first I thought it was an inexpensive chip until I checked the price. I'm thinking of buying one of the same in a couple of weeks. Already own an N5010? Best Laptop quality and screen I have ever seen. Good Luck. Let us know what you think when you get it.

Actually, this model is a Pentium M 750, not a Celeron. I'll post the full specs when I do the review.

Thanks for the extra info. Knowing that it is a Pentium M rather than a Celeron makes me a little more confident performance wise.

Did you receive it yet. Inquiring minds want to know.
Hope it comes soon. I'm interested in how it looks and performs, before I consider buying one. Good Luck.

N6210 is fabulous! Is very quite and does not get hot. The screen is beautiful. I would never get less than 17" again. I got mine at Fry's Electronics. They have Fujitsu configure a model for them. Mine is the same as the 402 model except with 80 gig hard drive not 160, which is plenty for me. It looks great and performs to perfection so far. I chose not to get the TV Tuner in mine, but I am sure they are great too.

Hey everyone. I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to post a review, things have been hectic. Suffice it to say that my Fujitsu N6210 has been an exceptional piece of machinery, and I'll post a full review as soon as I can. However, if you are considering the N6210 and have the funds, I can think of very few complaints you may have. If anyone has any specific questions before I can get a review up, feel free to PM me.

Also, I would highly suggest dropping by a Fry's Electronics or another authorized reseller to take a look for yourself if you have the means. Even if it is an N6010 (which I looked at before buying my 6210), they are practically identical except the 6210 has a Pentium M and ATI X600.

The review is up! See below.

EDIT: Moved the review to a new thread (http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=101130) so it's not at the bottom of this one.

I had the next model up from this the 6220. Fujitsu makes a beautiful bright lcd, my only complaint though was the battery life
