Alien Autopsy

Whats up with Alien Autopsy ? it keeps popping up on my screen saying blah blah blah such n such program has crashed and do i want to send a report to alienware, I entered my details and also the screenshot it asks for, and then i send, It says that your report will be replied to by an email. Not once have I received an email about my reports and also it doesnt look like it does on the website where you see all your reports on a page so that you can see what has happened to your machine over a period of time ? does it work for anyone else ? I have read on other forums that other people have the same problem with not getting replys and also not having it look the way Alienwares website shows it to be. Is it just me or is it borked for every one else cuz if so that makes 2 things that I paid for that dont work properly 1 the respawn disc is unstable as its the same as when i got the pc, windows was always crashing, so i presume that as its an image of that it should also be unstable and 2 Alienautopsy always crops up on screen and there is no support behind it so why did I buy both of them ?
but apart from the software problems I lub meh pc , support dude said I should be able to get a refund for my respawn disc but as for alienautopsy I dont think I will get cash back for that but I dont really care as long as there phone number continues to be toll free :P
Also dude on the phone said that alien autopsy reports arnt gettin threw to there microsoft ? reporting site, I dunno what microsoft got anything to do with it but there you are...
