Would anyone pay 1700 for my 3.06 GHZ 5670?

Just trying to find out what this is worth ao possibly sell and buy a 5680
it has a 5400 40 gig
512 ram
wideangles uxga
and obviously the 3.06 cpu

I'm not in the market but I'm sure people will want a full spec (RAM, HDD, extras, etc. etc.).

Yeah, specs help. Thereis a difference between a 5670 that is 3.06ghz with 1gig of ram and a 60gig 7.2krpm drive, and one with 256mb ram and a 40gig 4200rpm drive and SXGA screen.

If I had the money tho, I'd consider it.

the 5670's didnt have the option for the 60GB 7200 rpm HDD...but your point is valid - RAM is another big point...so is the LCD...

I see you've edited in the specs. IMO $1700 is probably pushing it for that spec. $14-1500 might be an easier sell. 3.06 is good, wideangle UXGA is good, 512 is average, and 40GB is small. You can always shoot for 17 and take best offer. Good luck on your sale.

To get 1700, you would probably have to find a total noob/chump since you can almost get a better 5680 for just a bit more.
