Whats the point structure?? I hate being infantry now...its too fatal

I wanna try medic but medics in BF1942 are almost never respected or given the chance to shine...

Do you get points in BF1942 for helping people with their health??

Im totally into ET but I have a feeling that this is one game that im just gonna suck at forever

Well, I dont know anything about BF1942, I have never played it. If its the point structure in ET you are asking about, I dont know off-hand the exact number of points, but you gain points by handing out health packs and by reviving people. Also, you are self-healing and have more health than a soldat. Also, people are often very polite and gives you thanks for helping them. It all sums up to its a lot more fun to play.

I almost always play engineers, as there's always something to do...plus, the weapon I'm best with the is RPG. I love that.

A good Medic is extremely valuable. I always stink when I play that character. I need to get better at being CovertOps (the satchel charge is really important and stealing a uni is fun and helpful).

Make sure to grab some of the latest third party maps (temple3, etc.). Some of them are great.

I play a Medic almost all the time in regular battlefield. I'm kind of the lone-ranger hero type. Good leader of charges and such, but that Thompson and Colt and I'm good to reign havoc for a good while, healing myself as I go.

Though you're right, no one likes the medics, or even truly exploits the mobile healing facotr Medics provide, except to heal themselves.

I'll drop the Medic pack for the Jap Assault though, that Type 99 is mean. Two-three shots drop'em nicely.
