Kingston Valuram fails Memtest86

I finally found out how to burn a memtest86 3.2 boot disk. I had previously tested my memory with a windows based program also called memtest. My memory had error's with that test. I was told by RamIt, not to test in windows. So I looked up: http://www.notebookforums.com/showth...ight=Memtested
Ramit, also had a post that advised how to burn a memtest86 boot disk. My memory fails with more that one error usually within test 4-6. I tested both sticks separately. They both fail. I am not getting any blue screens or any other error's running windows. I read in another post that Kingston Value Ram is not compatible with the 9300. Should I contact Kingston, or memoryforless where I purchased it.
Edit: The memory passes the Dell diagnostic test.

You didn't ask a question?
Replace the stick(s).

I will do so, but I figured if the memory is bad, I would get blue screens or lock ups ect. I have been running them for about 2 months with no problems. Benchmarks and games have run fine.

Does your original RAM fail as well? I ask just to be thorough here--what if (unlikely as it is) something's wrong w/ motherboard or even memtest86?
Also, are you running the right version of memtest86? Someone posted that you had to have the latest version, or it would report false errors or somesuch...I'd/you'd have to search for the post.

No I have not tried the original sticks. I will do so tonight. Yes, I have the latest version of memtest 3.2 ( I think).
