File Copy Problem:

Hey Guys,

I dont think that this is a specifically AW problem. As a matter of fact I dont believe it to be AW problem at all. I think its something else.

Well, here it is:

I have a large file on my 7700 - about 5.5 gig, its an ISO file. I am trying to move it/copy it to an External Media [My 160 Gig HDD]. I have 129 Gig free and yet, every time I try to copy the file I get an error message telling me there is not enough space on the destination drive.

I am ataching a screenie of the crap. If you have any clues let me know.

cheers.

Your external HD isn't NTFS, it's fat32, just convert it to NTFS and u'll be able to copy the file onto the HD.

FAT32 accepts 4GB max file.

For converting, click START / Run and type cmd

On the dos box, type this :

convert drive /fs:ntfs

drive is your hd letter : ex. D:
