Pics of painted Sagers from PC TORQUE

There's a new thread with updated pics showing the wet sanding work we do with current models here:
http://notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=49501

I thought I'd put up a single thread for pics of painted Sagers as I will continue to keep adding pictures instead of having dozens of threads with a few pics in each.

These 3 pictures are of the same laptop taken from different angles. The only photoshopping that was done was to the image size. The colorchange shows up in any lighting in doors or outdoors, but I liked the look in the sunlight so took them outside. It changes many colors, but these are te main colors I felt that show each extreme. This is not a special unit for pictures, this is the quality they are all getting and this one is for a customer in California. You can see from these pics why the price is so much and compare it to other paint places quality as they either thin the paint out, use cheaper paint, or less coats.

THESE PICS ARE OF THE SAME LAPTOP FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES.

The color is Cyan/Purple.

EDIT: here's an indoor shot with the background erased nothing else touched:

5680 lids
Here's some shots of a few more units that are being sent in for assembly. We set up a table in the parking lot at The Computer Room for a few quick shots of our favorite colors. These are the same 3 lids taken from different angles.

From left to right the colors are:
Green/Purple, Red/Blue, Magenta/Gold

Some didn't show well in the camera due to the sun angle and the pics don't do them much justice vs seeing them in person. Nobody could walk by in the parking lot without stopping and commenting how beautiful the paint and work was and asking us questions.

Again, it's the same laptop taken at different angles this time indoors @ The Computer Room.

Here's some pics of an assembled Silver/Green chameleon 8890:

It's hard to show the silver very well in the pics because it's such a light color with the green dominating. It has a purple color in it also at extreme angles.

EDIT: took another angle shot that shows the silver a little better.

Here's a couple more of the 5680 system lids finished and to be assembled. The green is noble green and the yellow is a custom yellow of a member here which is a Porsche color. The reflection you see in the green is the ceiling and wall.

Here's an 8890 lid waiting to be assembled in the color: "Desert Sunset"

Low light poor quality picture, but you get the idea without a stage set up
