My first AW in the phases!!

I just ordered my first alienware, I cant wait to get it and fire it up. I ordered a Area-51m 7700m the specs are below. I wasnt planning on spending so much money but every system I saw for like 2grand I saw myself replacing in alittle over a year. So it is justified buying something that will last much longer than that....or so I tell myself. Cant wait to actually post more stuff, everyone is very helpfull.

watch this phase I will, thank you. I am developing a problem with needing to check its progress every few hours, not that thats a bad thing. It just makes it seam like its gona take longer. And yes thanks I know there are very few odds of it jumping like 5 in one day....but if there is a chance then I hope I have good luck. I cant wait for it to be here, the money is so worth it....and I dont even have it yet.

Ha ha! I know what you mean - I kept getting on line and checking the progress every hour - when I got jammed at Phase 3, I called and got everything moving again. Wait till it ships - I think I checked the FedEx site every 10 minutes.

Im not in phase 12, and its not even noon. Im hoping that it can get pacaged and shiped by the end of their work day today!! But who knows. Hey how long does it usually take for the product to get to its destination once it is shiped?

well the same thing happned with me yesterday, and it shiped by the end of the buisness day yesterday...so with any luck yours should ship today. Grant it I have no connection with AW to say it will or wont be shiped, but I mean how long does it take to pack up a box and ship it.

Well Phase 12 is the final 200 point test of the machine. Apparently they push it to its limits a 2nd time before its packed and shipped. Maybe they only did a 100 point inspection on yours :P lol. I hope your right though. thanks for the info.

hey thanks for the invite, ill be spending some time in BF2 for a while but CS is on the list of games to play. So lets see there is BF2, HL2, CS, WoW....not to mention school starting and work....well one thing at a time i guess

cool well congrats, thats an awsome feeling, I have been counting the hours till friday. Thats when mine should be at my house. Of cource it has to ship all the way across the US....atleast I dont live over seas

No offense, but you should have went that extra mile and got the 6800 Ultra Go, Its like 150-180$ more i think.
