Z71V battery problem nonstop charge

I have a problem with the battery.

It is charged to about 97 or 98 percent and does nto stop now for 2 days. It cant charge to 100%

The charging orange light is always on for the past 2 days.

I used my z71v 2 days ago on abttery for like 15 minutes and since then the bettery cant stop charging.

How Do I fix it?

Some people experiences it some do not see it at all.

welcome to the club. Some of the Z71v batteries seem to have a defect that shows up after a couple months of use: it will continually charge, but will lose its capacity. What you're describing happened to me as well, immediately prior to the battery deciding to only charge to a bit over 70%. I sent mine in to my reseller and got a new one. I'd suggest you do the same. If you want people to comiserate with, head over to the Z71v battery problem thread.

And the new battery is fine or same crap and after2 month it will act the same?

well, I guess I will find out in 2-3 months! someone posted in the battery problem thread that they bought 2 main batteries, and ended up with one that had the problem and the other one being perfectly fine. I'm not sure if there's any way to pre-test them for a problem that only happens after a couple months of use.

Was the one that was fine - only fine because it has not been used as often as the bad one??

Based on the way lithium ion batteries work, I'd guess that age would be a major determining factor over use, considering the Z71v battery isn't in a very hot place on the notebook...
