My S460 notebook came with Home edition XP.. How can I install home edition without using recovery disk?

Your going to need a oem windows xp home disc. Boot from the disc reinstall windows>>> pop the restore CD in and recover the programs you want tokeep

lol i just noticed that too! i think posting in one of the areas "Peer-to-peer" OR "General" is sufficient.. !
