I need a PHP programmer

Okay, here is the deal. My friend and I want to open a website and we need someone that knows how to do PHP. Now, there is one problem, it needs to be free, neither of us works, its something that doesnt have to be done quickly, just a little project and we need help. If it's free you want, there are good places for recruiting programmers to collaborate on a project. The best probably is:
sourceforge They'll host it and all and you'll have a way to seek programmers to join you.

Actually my friend and I can host them and everything, we just need a PHP programmer to help us

Exactly how good of a PHP programmar do you need. I just started learning a few weeks ago and I have the basic stuff down and there's a lot of places that offer free PHP scripts that you can use.

Basically we want to start a review website for: Laptops, PDAs and such. The site doesnt have to be proffesional, just something to keep us busy

I'm already working on one of those (http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=94463)... except it's only for notebooks, not PDAs.
