Not as excessive, but LOADs cooler in my opinion.

A little bit excessive? Sheesh, what kind of oclocking is that for?

And yes, I think once you get that serious about air cooling you have to start asking where the heat is going to. Better to go with the water cooling you showed and get it the heck out of dodge. Tie the piping into a major AC plant or something.

Thats another $200 for a 550W tower exclusively for the Radeon 9800 Pro

Ridiculous...looks like a brickhouse on top of a barn!!
