IN dire need weres bios reset@!

I have a 4 yr old sager model#980 It is curently not accepting well anything so i need to reset the bios i got it opened I am thinking it is jumpers sw6 as they are not listed on the chart inside the pc. please help.. also if anyone has drivers that also would be useful thanx for your time be sure to e mail me with any info

If you are just trying to clear the CMOS, then you should remove the battery, disconnect the comp from the outlet, and wait for a couple of minutes. Then you need to remove the CMOS battery (it looks like a round watch-type battery), unless it's soldered in, then you're screwed. If you can get the battery out, wait another minute or two and put it back in. This is a better idea than changing random jumpers, hoping that you got the right one. Generally, though, there is a setting in most BIOS's that allow you to reset the CMOS to its defaults. "Load Default Settings" is usually what it's called.
