I just received my new Area-51m back from the depot and thought I'd share my thoughts. Like a lot of you, my 51m had two dead pixels. It also had the same noise/connection problems with the wireless A+B card. I notified David of my problems and he got me in touch with Raul, from the critical issues team, immediately. Raul kept me informed on the status of the backordered LCDs and reserved a new one for me as soon as a supply was available. Once I was ready, I shipped my 51m (on AW's tab) on November 27th. It came back to me, yesterday, with a new, clean LCD, a new wireless A+B+G card, and a new ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 128 MB card in place of the Nvidia 5600. Everything works perfectly and I'm extremely pleased with AW's level of service. I've read a lot of horror stories here and elsewhere about AW, but this is one customer who's thrilled with the Area-51m and AW's service.
