Sharing my thoughts

Dear all.

I am now back to the forum with my original name rather than the one I created yesterday which the moderator thought was not positive for this forum. Point well taken.

Apparently my thread, posts, and the account was revoked due to the nature of the account name and some questionable content within my post which the moderators felt was inappropriate. Having said that, I am back with a bit more "Toned Down" approach. I do not consider it as a defeat, but just another opportunity to share my experiece with you all.

As one said before, companies do have issues. No one company in this entire world runs perfectly. Having said that, consumers and vendors have blind faith trust that a vendor would provide products and services in reasonable manner where a consumer would pay for that product or service.

Such has not been the case for me with Hypersonic. Some of you have read my previous posts as well as the site that I have developed in my crusade. I will not go into gory details, nor reveal the site's name out of repect towards the moderators of the forum.

I am certain that many folks have experienced postivity experiece buying from Hypersonic. However, various reviews and feedbacks that are widely available on the web including www.resellerratings.com show that there have been some significant issues with this company. All I am saying is that one should do as much of due diligence and homework before making that decision to buy a $4000 laptop.

I don't think my comments were offensive in my original posts. I definitly do not think that I am "bashing" the organization in this post. The freedom of speech and the purpose of this forum allows me to share my thoughts and experiences with others who are in the market for a new laptop. I sincerely hope that the moderators can see that I have nothing to gain from this, and that I am simply here to share my thoughts with others.

Regards,

hybridR6. Thanks for the repost and the change of username. I also appreciate the fact that you have not shared the website name in this thread. Thank you.

That aside, as I have stated before (seems to be my soap box today), negative experiences are just as much welcome as positive ones. I would like you to take the time out to explain the your situation/review and what you have attempted to do. Please keep in mind the messages we have shared as well as my posts in the rules. I want to make this constructive and see if there is a way to help.

Thanks again.

I usually stick to offering technical support on these forums, hence the avatar. I do not reply to threads such as these either as it is not my place. BUT I felt it necessary to make it clear that since early this morning, our customer care department has been trying to contact you. We have tried all the numbers we have, as well as email addresses.
If you are truly interested in resolving any of these issues please contact our customer care department.

In all my dealings with Hypersonic, they have been very professional and friendly, especially the sales and customer care dept. I got answers right away and problems taken care of promptly.

The resellerratings for Hypersonic was pretty good at the time I purchase the laptop. Most importantly, my experience w/ the company has been very positive.

I hope your problem get resolved. They tried to contact you to no avail; not their fault, imo.

They called me 3 times or so while I was in a meeting with my client who pays me $225 per hour. I ended up getting them on the phone when I got out and we have come to a mutually satisfying resolution.
