seems like ewiz no longer has 512 sticks? any other suggestions?

two places reccomended:

Newegg sells a KingMax for under $110, I don't know if it's any good, but reviews seem good and has lifetime warranty

Directly on the Kingston site, they sell their stick for 127, and I think it includes shipping.

I'd recommend the kingston

I found this with pricegrabber. It's cheap, but I have no idea if it's reliable.

As per some of the comments here and at epinions, I would stay away from that company.

bought a stick of 1GB (swissbit) off ebay. It was 100 bucks cheaper than ordering from memoryx. Might find some 512's on there if you trust ebay

I ordered from newegg.com , from reading many posts people seem to have great success with the Kingmax stick, I get it tommorrow and I'll report if I have any issues but I'm assuming it'll be fine

That's a damn good price...

Anyway, just received my Kingmax, took 1 minute to install and the system is recognizing the 1GB of RAM properly...bout to fire up HL2

I bought a 512MB Kingmax module from NewEgg. I have no problems or complaints about the memory. And of course, I got a great ordering experience from NewEgg. Very reliable vendor.

Ebay

Memory X has 1 GB 172 Pin PC2700 MicroDimm for $255 on Ebay! - A bargain actually because Swissbit memory modules retail for $400! They are located in the Bay Area - Santa Clara. Made a big improvement on my S170P - from 1gb to 1.5 gb. Everything runs so much smoother! Let me know if you have any more questions. By the way, I have an extra 512mb SuperTalent memory module from Ewiz for sale($70 shipped)! I used the module for a month before purchasing the 1gb module.
