How often does this deal happen, and for how long does it last?

The thing is that I was lookin in gettin this, but Ive seen it go up and down in price quite often, plus I wont be gettin it for a couple of weeks, so I dont wanna miss out on the deal?

The deals last one week. There is no telling when if they will have another one. Just like with the 7422gx and 7426gx...
