I just actually took the time to read the error

My previous response was based on the "limited or no connectivity" without reading the DNS cache error. Next time it happens, try opening a command prompt and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes of course). that is the command to manually clear the Windows DNS cache. There is also a registry setting you can make to disble negative DNS caching. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ Dnscache\Parameters and add a DWORD named NegativeCacheTime and give it a value of zero. I think speedguide.net has a patch ot do it for you also. To completely disable all DNS caching, see
