Belarc and 700m Motherboard bus speed, only 100mhz???!!!

I thought the 700M was to be 400mhz.

What's the deal?

Main Circuit Board b
Board: DELL SYSTEM 0T9957
Serial Number: ..xxxxx
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies LTD A04 05/18/05

The 700m is 400MHz. You've to take 100MHz x 4 = 400MHz to get the quad-pump (whatever that means). Someone here more knowledge can explain it better. To sum it up, don't worry about it. It's operating it at 400MHz already. To double check, use this program http://www.cpuid.org/download/cpu-z-129.zip and look at "Bus Speed."
