I'm using Quintessential Player
. I've switched to QCD (Quintessential Player used to be Quintessential CD Player) when Nullsoft put out the crappy 3.0 version.
QP is small, has great skin support (there's skins that kinda makes it look like iTunes, or WMP or what have you), way better than anything else out there. Depending on skin, you can detach several parts of the player (buttons, current song, playlist, etc) and arrange them in any configuration you see fit. Historically, it's also been more stable than WinAmp to me.
If you're looking for a small footprint and don't like the bare interface of Foobar, I'd recomend taking a look at QP.
